The Cobra

The Cobra, is a great postural exercise to help increase shoulder mobility, specifically external rotation. It will help realign the shoulder girdle & entire rotator cuff. It also strengthens your entire core!

Rotating Medicine Ball Slam

This exercise is best used for athletic explosion while using proper rotation of the hips & spine. It is mainly an athletic movement, but slowed down can be used as a corrective exercise for proper rotational patterns.

Meal Prep

One of my staples is salmon, brown rice, with a veggie-packed salad & rainbow carrots! Meal prepping will save you money, time & ensure your nutrition is on point! I really hope this helps!

ProTip: When making salads, keep an eye out on the salmon & carrots.

J1 Nutrition Shake

This is a go-to for me when I need something quick & simple. Chug it and go, or sip it on the road! If you're non-dairy or vegan, you can replace the goat milk with your choice of milk.

Ingredients:

  • Scoop of your favorite protein powder (optional)

  • 1/2 Mix Greens

  • 1/2 Broccoli

  • 2 whole eggs (optional)

  • 2 TB of Greek Yogurt

  • 1 TB of Peanut butter

  • 1-2 tsp Chia & Flax Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Mixed Frozen Berries (or any other frozen fruit of your choice)

  • 1 cup Milk (your choice of milk)

  • 1/2 cup Water
